Woke up feeling a little lethargic than I have been but pushed through and still got my butt to the gym for leg day. To add, I smashed my warm up cycle – 2 miles in 7+mins (previously 1 mile in just over 5mins)!! My legs definitely improved after last weeks spin class…. a new pain threshold – BOOM! thank you @Best’s
