Tough Mudder Log: W3, D1

It’s week 3 and I’m still going.

It was tough waking up and I think I may have let my hair down too much on the weekend.  Not only did Friday’s date night end up in Kaspa’s dessert bar chomping down for a Banana and Nutella Belgian Waffle but I also sank a few glasses of bubbles and a couple of ciders on Saturday after a shoot…

Woke up feeling a little lethargic than I have been but pushed through and still got my butt to the gym for leg day.  To add, I smashed my warm up cycle – 2 miles in 7+mins (previously 1 mile in just over 5mins)!! My legs definitely improved after last weeks spin class…. a new pain threshold – BOOM! thank you @Best’s
