Tough Mudder Log: W2, D4

Wow, what a day…

Firstly, a visit to The Gym, a day in London and finished off with my first ever spin session @bestsbootcamp.

I was dreading the class but I’m so pleased with myself for getting through it – it was actually a lot of fun.  Spin Class to dubstep and hip hop on the easy parts to get that Rhythm and blood pumping that lead into some heavy beats and dnb to really get your legs and core burning.  

I’m am shattered and my legs were on fire but man am I pleased with myself, I survived and stretched what I thought I was capable of.

Today was a good day πŸ˜‰
