Week 2, Day 1: Leg Day…
… and still going (growing) strong!
In this video, I talk about to my 140kg Goal max.
To add a bit more info, this is mainly a compound exercise goal weight with a view of being able to support the extra weight of someone of equal size (to start) – my thinking is related to My Tough Mudder Team and being able to push, pull and lift extra weight, but without gaining mass. Just Strength.
Soon I’ll be able to do that tough exercise, the pistol squat!!
Think of it as being ‘Zombie Apocalypse Ready’!! LOL
Just jokes, but more seriously, I’d like to increase both my power to weight ratio as well as stamina and endurance.
