Tough Mudder Log: Week 1 Day 6

Whoop, whoop The first hurdle is done – one week down and 11 to go and I’m feeling pretty good about myself…

After Thursday’s HiiT class and realising that my body was quite okay the next day, has made me think that other than my upper body being fatigued from Wednesday’s upper body session the only thing that really let me down was stamina.

Something to focus on over the coming weeks.
