What is Personal Performance coaching?

Greetings DRGNFLYs,

I’ve had a few questions lately asking the question ‘What is coaching?’ So I thought that I would shed some light on that as well as open the floor up to any related questions that you might have.

In A Nut Shell

In essence, coaching is a solution based conversation with someone who will listen and provide you with insights, tools and perspective to help you to unlock your potential and have the life that you want.  Whether it’s finding purpose, having more time for things you like, learning something new, having better relationships or wanting to be a better person – coaching, just like with athletes, help you reach the next level and take positive action to reach your goal(s).

You just owe it to yourself to be the greatest.

That’s it in a nut-shell but I’m sure you have more questions, so write in the comments below and I’ll do my best to answer them as quickly as possible.

The only silly questions are the ones that go unasked (as long as the are relevant).
