My Green Smoothie

Try this tomorrow morning, my green breakfast smoothie…


Oats (20g)
Spinach (30g)
Blueberries (10-15)
Banana (1)
Ginger (size of 2p/50p x 5mm)
Honey (to taste)
Water (200ml)
Almond yogurt (20g)
Cinnamon (pinch)
Cayenne Pepper (pinch)
And blend… I recommend peeling and freezing some bananas in advance.
