This week is a bit app heavy so I thought I’d say that I’m not into just splitting out the week’s top 10 from tech feeds. I stick to what I like and different things work for different people and every now and again something pops up that proves to be a nice touch and worth sharing.
- Blinkist. Do you have a stack of books in for ‘to read’ list that you know contain great insights? Do you find it hard to find the time to get through them all? Well, you’ll be pleased to know that Blinkist is on the case and is my favourite new discovery this week. Get the key facts, learn more and apply it straight way. Some are even audio.
- Ted Talk by Srikumar Rao: Plug into your hard-wired happiness. A talk on what you need to be happy… My answer’s always been NOTHING!!
- Yummly, another newly discovered food recipe app (Android/iOS). Some key features: health app sync (iOS) for nutrition tracking and a shopping list so you can add the ingredients for your selected dishes for the week.
- Tim Ferriss’ interview with Tony Robbins on personal development.
Enjoy

You are most welcome and thank you for your comment.
It’s so nice to be recognise for advocacy as I do recommend you often.
Can I put a request in for a broader philosophy section? I was looking for something on Taoism and Confucius but found nothing..?

Hi Darren!
I’ll ask our content team to look into it. In the meantime, why don’t you add titles that you’d like to see on Blinkist to our wish list: https://app.blinkist.com/en/wishlist ?
Therese.
