Here’s a Thought for Thursday…

Whatever you set out to achieve today, short term or if it’s part of your bigger future plan – ask yourself this questions: “Are my goals well formed?” and “how will I know when I’ve done it?”

Visualise how you’ll feel, where you’ll be when you achieve it or who you will be with you. It may help to add detail by imagining that you’ve already achieved it. Listen to yourself and notice how you feel…
